The 1400mAh built-in cell is approximately 40% larger than the original Eco Nano and the second-largest in any Vaporesso pocket pod kit (only the Luxe X3 carries more). On the 0.8 ohm pod at MTL draw style most vapers see approximately a full day of mixed use, and the 0.6 ohm pod at slightly higher draw style still returns most of a day. USB-C charging refills the kit flat to full in approximately 45 minutes, and the small LCD shows exact battery percentage rather than a vague indicator bar.

23W Auto-Wattage Chipset Explained

The Eco Nano Plus has no wattage selector. The chipset reads the resistance of whichever pod you click in and dials in the right output automatically - around 16W for the 0.8 ohm and around 22W for the 0.6 ohm. This is intentional. The kit is built for ex-disposable users who do not want to think about wattage settings, and the auto chipset means the only decision is which pod resistance to pick. Both pods are designed for the same 10mg or 20mg nic salt e-liquid - the resistance choice only changes draw style.

COREX Lush Mesh Pod Platform

The Eco Nano Plus uses the Vaporesso ECO Nano replacement pod with COREX Lush Mesh wicking inside. Lush Mesh is Vaporesso's evolution of standard mesh tech - dense weave for smoother heat distribution, longer coil life per pod (typically approximately one to two weeks depending on e-liquid sweetness and how heavily you vape) and reduced leaking through the airflow path. MTL to RDL Side Airflow Slider

The airflow slider runs on the side of the device just below the pod. Slide it closed for a tight MTL draw (similar to a cigarette inhale) using the 0.8 ohm pod. Slide it open for a looser RDL inhale (a halfway step between MTL and full sub-ohm DTL) using the 0.6 ohm pod. Both styles work on the same kit without any additional setup - the pod resistance handles the wattage automatically and the slider handles the draw resistance.

How to Use the Eco Nano Plus

The Eco Nano Plus is draw-activated, so there is no fire button - just inhale on the mouthpiece. To refill the pod, lift the small silicone plug on the side of the pod and drip-fill with e-liquid up to the 2ml UK TPD line. Re-seat the plug firmly. Let a fresh pod sit for approximately five minutes before the first puff so the COREX Lush Mesh wicking saturates fully - skipping the prime step burns the coil and shortens pod life. Plug in USB-C to charge and the LCD shows live battery percentage.

Pairing the Eco Nano Plus with E-Liquid

Both pod resistances on the Eco Nano Plus are designed for MTL-to-RDL nic salt vaping. Fill with nic salt e-liquids at 10mg or 20mg in a 50/50 VG/PG ratio - this is the strength ex-disposable users typically expect, with a smoother throat hit than freebase at the same nicotine level.

The 0.6 ohm pod sits in the looser RDL end and benefits from slightly higher VG nic salts (around 50/50 or 60/40 VG/PG). The 0.8 ohm pod is closer to traditional MTL and works well with 50/50 VG/PG e-liquid. For new users coming off disposables, 20mg nic salts in fruit, ice or menthol profiles tend to feel the closest to the original disposable experience.
