Vaporesso Eco Nano Replacement Pods

The Vaporesso ECO Nano Replacement Pods are the official 6ml refillable replacement pod cartridges for the Vaporesso Eco Nano kit family. Currently the Eco Nano Plus pod kit is the only active Eco Nano device Vaporesso still ships - the original Eco Nano, Eco Nano 2 and Eco Nano Pro have been retired. Pods here are cross-compatible across the whole Eco Nano family.

Each pod uses the COREX Smooth or COREX Lush Mesh coil platform inside a 6ml XL chamber design that fills to 2ml under UK TPD rules. The coil is integrated into the pod - the whole pod is replaced rather than just the coil, which keeps pod swaps quick and clean. Resistances cover 0.6 ohm Lush Mesh for a more open RDL-style draw and 0.8 ohm Lush Mesh for a classic MTL inhale. Pods ship in a two-pack.

0.6 ohm vs 0.8 ohm - Which Pod to Pick

The two resistance options on the ECO Nano pod range serve two different inhale styles, with both designed for the same 10mg or 20mg nic salt e-liquid:

• 0.6 ohm Lush Mesh XXL pod - sits at the looser end of the MTL-to-RDL range. Paired with a more open airflow slider position on the Eco Nano Plus, it gives a halfway draw between cigarette-style MTL and full restricted DTL. Vaporesso targets approximately 22W on this pod under the auto-wattage chipset. Suits ex-disposable users who want slightly bigger vapour.
• 0.8 ohm Lush Mesh XXL pod - sits at the tighter end. Paired with a closed airflow slider it gives a classic cigarette-style MTL draw at approximately 16W. The closest to the inhale style of a traditional cigarette or older-generation refillable pod kit.

Both pods fit the same kit, so swapping resistance is one pod-pull and re-seat. Many vapers run both - one for daytime tight MTL and one for evening looser RDL.

COREX Lush Mesh Wicking

The integrated mesh inside each ECO Nano pod is Vaporesso's COREX Lush Mesh design. The mesh is denser-weave than standard mesh, which spreads heat more evenly across the wick and extends coil life per pod. Lush Mesh also reduces leaking through the airflow path by holding e-liquid more tightly to the wicking material. Most vapers see approximately one to two weeks per pod before flavour drops noticeably - sweet dessert e-liquids tend to gunk the coil faster than fruit or menthol.

How to Refill and Prime

Lift the silicone plug on the side of the pod to expose the fill port. Drip-fill e-liquid up to the 2ml UK TPD line - the pod chamber is a 6ml XL design but UK TPD rules cap fill volume to 2ml. Re-seat the silicone plug firmly. Let the pod sit for approximately five minutes before the first puff so the COREX Lush Mesh wicking saturates fully. Skipping the prime step burns the coil and shortens pod life dramatically. Top up the pod before it goes fully empty rather than running it dry, which also stresses the mesh.

The ECO Nano replacement pods fit the Eco Nano kit family. The only active kit in stock is:

• Vaporesso Eco Nano Plus Pod Kit - 1400mAh, 23W auto-wattage, draw-activated, fits both 0.6 ohm and 0.8 ohm pods

These pods do NOT fit the XROS, Luxe X, Luxe XR or Armour kits, which use the COREX 2.0/3.0, GTX or GTi platforms. They also do not fit the Armour G/GS pod cartridge, which uses the GTX coil platform inside a separate Armour-specific pod.

Pairing ECO Nano Pods with E-Liquid

Both ECO Nano pod resistances are designed for nic salt e-liquid at 10mg or 20mg in a 50/50 VG/PG ratio. The 0.6 ohm pod can take slightly higher-VG nic salts (around 50/50 or 60/40) thanks to the more open airflow pairing. The 0.8 ohm pod works best with 50/50 VG/PG e-liquid for the tight MTL inhale style. For ex-disposable users, 20mg nic salts in fruit, ice or menthol profiles tend to feel closest to the original disposable hit.
