The Vaporesso Luxe X COREX 2.0 replacement pods are the upgraded 5ml refillable pods for the current Luxe X pod kit range. Each pod ships with an integrated COREX 2.0 lattice mesh coil and SSS triple-seal leak protection, and comes in 2-packs across four resistances - 0.3 ohm, 0.4 ohm, 0.6 ohm and 0.8 ohm - covering airy DTL clouds through to a tight cigarette-style MTL pull on the same kit.

The COREX 2.0 platform pairs a denser lattice mesh with an upgraded cotton wick. Vaporesso quote up to 30% richer flavour, 30% longer pod life and 15% more vapour versus the original Luxe X dual-mesh pod. These are the upgraded coil-tech version of the same 5ml Luxe X pod - drop one straight into your active Luxe X kit, no settings to change.

Each pod has a fixed integrated coil - pick the resistance, the kit auto-adjusts the wattage. Here is how the four options break down by vape style and e-liquid pairing.

DTL Pods (0.3 and 0.4 ohm)

The 0.3 ohm and 0.4 ohm pods ship with a wider drip tip for direct-to-lung draws and pair best with 70VG or higher shortfill e-liquid. Expect bigger vapour, brighter flavour and faster e-liquid use. If you mostly chase clouds, the 0.3 ohm is the pick. The 0.4 ohm pulls slightly tighter at 28-32W, sitting between full DTL and restricted DTL - the most forgiving pod in the range with high-VG shortfill.

RDL Pod (0.6 ohm)

The 0.6 ohm is the restricted DTL middle ground - looser than MTL, tighter than DTL. Slim drip tip, works well with 50/50 freebase or a higher-strength nic salt for an ex-smoker draw with a hint of cloud. Wattage sits around 20-24W and battery use lands between the DTL and MTL options.

MTL Pod (0.8 ohm)

The 0.8 ohm pod is the mouth-to-lung option built for 10mg or 20mg nic salts. Tightest draw of the four, slowest e-liquid use, longest battery between charges. Best pick if you are switching from cigarettes or want a cigarette-style pull. Mix and match if your kit lets you - many Luxe X owners run a 0.8 ohm pod for daytime nic salt and swap to a 0.3 ohm for evening shortfill sessions.

How to Refill and Install

Refilling a Luxe X COREX 2.0 pod is bottom-fill through a silicone plug. Pull the pod out of the kit, flip it upside down, lift the silicone plug on the base, fill to the 5ml line and press the plug back in firmly. Stand the pod upright for two to three minutes before the first puff so the cotton primes - this prevents the dry hit that gives a new pod a burnt taste.

To install, drop the filled pod magnet-down into the kit. The magnets pull it into place and the kit fires the wattage that matches the pod resistance automatically. If the kit shows a no-atomizer message, lift the pod and reseat it to clean the contacts. The coil is sealed inside the pod and is not user-replaceable - when the flavour drops or you taste burn-through, swap the whole pod for a fresh one.
