The Vaporesso Luxe X Dual Mesh replacement pods are the original Luxe X 5ml refillable pods with the dual-layer mesh coil built in. Sold as a 2-pack in 0.4 ohm (RDL) or 0.6 ohm (MTL), they are the legacy coil-tech option for owners who prefer the original Luxe X pod over the newer COREX 2.0 upgrade. Same 5ml capacity, same magnetic connection, same pod size - the only difference versus the COREX 2.0 pod is the coil inside.

Each pod uses a stacked dual-mesh element that puts roughly twice the heating surface in contact with your e-liquid compared to a single-mesh coil. The result is faster ramp-up and a fuller flavour body from the first draw. The coil is integrated, so a fresh pod is effectively a fresh coil - no separate coil head to fit.

Both resistances share the dual-mesh coil construction and 5ml pod body. The difference is how the coil behaves on the device, which steers the e-liquid pairing and the draw style.

Heavier ex-smokers moving across from a prefilled pod kit usually settle on the 0.6 ohm pod with a 20mg nic salt. Cloud-leaning vapers running freebase shortfills will get a better experience from the 0.4 ohm.

Dual Mesh vs COREX 2.0 - Which Pod to Choose

The Luxe X Dual Mesh pod and the Luxe X COREX 2.0 pod are the SAME 5ml pod size and click into the same Luxe X kits. The only difference is the coil inside. The dual mesh is the original Luxe X coil. The COREX 2.0 swaps that for a denser lattice mesh and an upgraded cotton wick, which Vaporesso quote as up to 30% longer pod life and richer flavour. How to Refill and Prime

Each pod has a silicone stopper on the top of the unit. Lift the flap, fill through the port with your chosen e-liquid, then press the stopper back down until it seats flush. With the coil built in, priming is mostly about giving the wick time to soak.

• Fill to the 5ml line, do not overfill past the stopper
• Stand the pod upright for at least 5 minutes before first use
• Take 3-4 gentle priming pulls without firing to draw e-liquid into the coil
• Start the first session at the lower end of the wattage range and build up
• Top up before the pod runs below 25% to keep the coil saturated
